I'm leaving in less than a week, what do I need to know?
Read the memo sent to all participants. Print a copy to pack with your travel documents.
What is the deadline for registration?
The early registration deadline is June 15. After June 15, registration costs increase by $50 per person.
How does the 8 for the price of 5 promotion work?
If a chapter sends eight or more men to the Leadership Institute they pay for all attendees up front, less the two covered by the Chapter Assessment Fee. After the conference the chapter will be reimbursed $409 for one attendee. Each chapter may only qualify for the 8 for 5 promotion once. Chapters bringing more than eight undergraduates will still only be reimbursed for one registration fee after the Leadership Institute.
Is any airfare, travel to and from the airport, or parking reimbursed by IHQ?
No, there will be no travel reimbursements for the Leadership Institute
What are the arrival and departure dates and times?
Please plan to arrive on Thursday, July 23 by 3 p.m. Departures should be schedule for Sunday, July 26. Plan to check out of your hotel room by 11 a.m.
What do I do if I want to upgrade my room from a quad?
If you would like to pay an additional fee to upgrade your room please contact Jana at jana@deltau.org.
What if I have to arrive late or depart early from the conference?
Do I have to pay online by credit card to register?
No you can print out the registration form and send it to IHQ with a check payable to Delta Upsilon. The address is 8705 Founders Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268. Your registration will be complete when your check is received.
Do I have to fly in to the Albany, NY airport?
You may find a lower cost flight to another area airport and then take the train to Albany’s Rensselaer Amtrak Station. The hotel provides complimentary (with gratuity) transportation to and from the Amtrak Station. For a list of cities served by Amtrak, visit the Travel and Hotel tab.
