Chapter Representative Registration

Each undergraduate chapter should register two chapter representatives. The fee for these two representatives has already been billed to each chapter as the "Chapter Assessment Fee" and is non-refundable. This fee covers attendance, lodging in quad accommodations, fraternity-sponsored meals and educational session materials.

Undergraduate Registration Cost

The following registration prices include lodging, conference materials, Leadership Institute programming and all fraternity-sponsored meals. Quad Room Occupancy $459.00 Triple Room Occupancy $509.00 Double Room Occupancy $609.00 Single Room Occupancy $749.00

Special Undergraduate Promotion 8 attendees can attend for the price of 5 (all from the same chapter) - includes the 2 chapter representatives registrations. Alumni Registration Cost

The following registration prices include lodging*, conference materials, Leadership Institute programming and all fraternity-sponsored meals.  No Hotel Room $500.00 Double Occupancy $659.00 Single Occupancy $799.00   *Alumni registering after June 15 may be assigned to a nearby hotel.

Cancellations

As previously mentioned, the "Chapter Assessment Fee" assesed to your chapter is non-refundable. However, additional undergraduate and alumni participant's registrations may be cancelled and registration fees will be refunded according to the following schedule: Cancellation BEFORE May 15, 2009 Full Refund Issued Cancellation AFTER June 1, 2009 Refund Issue, 50% of Registration Fee Cancellation AFTER June 15, 2009 No Refund Issued All cancellations must be received in writing and can be submitted electronically to Jana@deltau.org. You will receive a confirmation reply once processed.
